QUESTIONS BIGGER THAN SPORT.

You do not need to be a Christian to start asking.

Sport can give us purpose, relationships, excitement, pressure and unforgettable moments.

But it can also raise deeper questions.

  • Who am I?
  • Why am I here?
  • Does God exist?
  • Can success really satisfy?
  • What happens when sport ends?
  • Who is Jesus?

PFC exists to create space for honest conversations about these questions.

We are a Christian sports ministry that points people to Jesus Christ through open, respectful conversation.

WHAT ARE YOU THINKING ABOUT?

If you’re involved in sport and unsure what you believe, your questions are welcome—and they can lead into the Gospel and honest conversation.

COME WITH YOUR QUESTIONS.

Maybe you are sceptical.

Maybe you grew up around Christianity but never really believed it.

Maybe another religion shaped your background.

Maybe suffering has made belief difficult.

You do not need to pretend certainty before speaking with PFC.

PFC will be open about what it believes, listen respectfully, and point people toward Jesus and the Bible with honesty, care, and clarity.

WHEN SPORT GETS PERSONAL.

  • Pressure
  • Failure
  • Injury
  • Success
  • Comparison
  • Fear
  • Identity
  • Purpose
  • Career endings
  • Loneliness

These experiences often expose questions that go far beyond sport, and PFC believes the Gospel speaks to the deepest parts of who we are, not just how we perform.

TAKE THE NEXT STEP.

  1. 1. ASK — Bring your questions honestly.
  2. 2. EXPLORE — Read about Jesus and the Gospel.
  3. 3. TALK — Continue the conversation with PFC.

Faith and sport

WHO ARE YOU WITHOUT THE GAME?

Performance can shape how we see ourselves in sport. This section names those moments honestly, then points clearly to Christian hope and identity in Jesus Christ.

  • When you score.
  • When you miss.
  • When you win.
  • When you lose.
  • When you are selected.
  • When you are injured.
  • When people celebrate you.
  • When nobody notices.

Sport can tell us how we performed.

It cannot tell us what we are worth.

Christianity says your value does not begin with your ability, popularity or achievements.

You were made by God.

WHY JESUS?

Christianity is not mainly a system for becoming more religious or successful. It is centred on Jesus Christ.

  • Christians believe Jesus is the Son of God.
  • He lived without sin.
  • He died on the cross for sinners.
  • He rose bodily from the dead.

If that is true, Jesus cannot simply be ignored.

QUESTIONS ABOUT JESUS AND LIFE

NO PRESSURE. JUST AN HONEST CONVERSATION.

Maybe you have never opened a Bible. Maybe you grew up around Christianity. Maybe you are carrying difficult questions. Maybe sport has made you think about purpose, identity, or what comes next.

Wherever you are starting from, you are welcome to talk with PFC.
